i-Link Research is committed to providing ongoing development to applications used in social and market research. We are a registered R&D company and re-invest a great deal of revenue back into development.
In August 2008, i-Link established a development arm in Malaysia as part of our operations in the Asia region. The Malaysia development team will greatly expand the scope of a range of new and exciting research applications.

We are very excited about a new application, Group Interview, currently under development.
Group interview will enable researchers to conduct large scale groups of 50 or more participants and will combine Qual & Quant modes. The outcome will be to obtain quant data with the ability to drill down for in-depth qualitative analysis on a massive scale.

In the development and revision of our products, we seek input from researchers. We find out what you would like our applications to do and then develop them based on your design and function specs.
To assist in this process, i-Link conducts a number of breakfast seminars each year where we reveal new developments, or revisit existing ones.
