Technical support is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Participants completing a survey or joining interactive groups and discussions all have the ability to request immediate technical support at any time by clicking on the support button located within each application.

In addition, technical support can be provided within Australia and New Zealand via a toll-free support number for some projects, and where requested for 'live' interactive groups.



The provision of dedicated support staff for the duration of an interactive group can also be arranged for assistance to both respondents and moderators (researchers) at an additional charge.
